NEUTRA RUST TL is a unique anti-corrosive primer paint for use over pre-treated (e.g. with NEUTRA RUST 661) rusty steel, iron, galvanized steel, blast cleaned steel, cold rolled steel, stainless steel, PVC, fiberglass, or concrete. NEUTRA RUST TL is a single pack, water based system utilizing a remarkable corrosion inhibitor that is able to prevent the spread of localized corrosion. It permits no under creep in the event the coating is damaged.

NEUTRA RUST TL is an elastomeric coating displaying a unique coefficient of expansion. It possesses a great ability to "give" and will not crack or become brittle with time. It has been shown to elongate in excess of 300% and will continue to adhere without breaking or cracking even when substrate is twisted 360 degrees.
